-direct deposit into account with debit/visa
-also pay bills online, no need to mail checks/moneyorders

online personal managers
-calendar, contacts, to do/tasks
-free, password protected (yahoo.com)
-retrieve info from any computer on net
-more accurate than storing in your brain
